We ship from warehouses in both Europe and the United States. Most orders arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, subject to product availability at the relevant warehouse. Actual delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on origin, destination, carrier, and external factors.

 

Returning an order

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal — please follow the guided steps and include your order number.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds on duties and taxes.

Duties and taxes

We do not offer refunds on import duties or taxes. For destinations where duties apply, these are payable by the recipient upon delivery and are not included in your order total. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details on which shipping terms apply to your destination.
