How do I get support for my order?

Please email us at hello@erg.media. For damages, returns, and exchanges, kindly submit a request through our returns portal. 

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 8am CET will be processed same day; all other orders will be processed the following day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within Europe can expect delivery within 2 to 7 business days. For orders outside Europe, shipping will take between 2 and 8 business days. We ship orders in cardboard book packaging secured with branded tape.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you'd like to make any changes to your order, please email us at hello@erg.media. We will do our best to assist you. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make changes. 

Do you accept returns?

To raise a return or make an exchange, please use our returns portal. Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received. We do not offer refunds on duties and taxes. For more information please see our returns policy.
