When will my order be processed?Orders placed before 8am CET will be processed same day; all other orders will be processed the following day.How long will it take to receive my order?All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. For orders within Europe, expect delivery within 3-5 business days. For orders outside Europe, shipping will take between 5-10 business days. Orders are shipped in cardboard book packaging with branded tape. Can I cancel or modify my order?If you'd like to make any changes to your order, please email us at [email protected]. We will do our best to assist you. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make changes. Do you accept returns?We accept returns within 30 days from the day the order is placed. Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received. We do not offer refunds on duties and taxes.For information on how to initiate a return, please email us at [email protected].
